Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer, End User Computing to join the Best Buy End User Technology – Computing team to support the activities associated with providing end user services thru identifying, prioritizing, and confirming the deployment and support of technology to the enterprise.

Working as part of a team of internal employees and 3rd party vendor partners, the nature of this role is rapidly innovative automation across the End User Technology landscape and stack. This role requires a mix of skills with some proficiency in coding, automation and operating systems and the ability to work across cultural and geographic boundaries (supporting a hybrid on-shore / off-shore operating model) as well as working in a mission critical 24x7 environment that includes peak retail holiday seasons.
