Nodrin's notes from the meeting regarding the Win 10 not updating issue he presented:

1. DID THE CLIENT REBOOT?
2. Make sure it can scan and knows it needs update WindowsUpdate.log UpdatesDeplopyment.log
3. Update the Windows Update Agent to the latest version https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-client/installing-updates-features-roles/update-windows-update-agent
4. Reinstall CM client
5. They have enjoyed a few successes with Do Feature Update to Windows 11.
   Apparently they had tried doing a Feature Update to a newer build of Win 10 but the unable to update/corrupt store issue persisted. Sounds like the issues goes away once they are in Windows 11.
