October 2014 MNSCUG Meeting

The October MNSCUG meeting is Wednesday, October 15th at 4:30 - 7:00pm at Microsoft's Edina HQ building - 6th Floor, Lake of the Woods. Sorry for the late notice, this one snuck up on us.  This month we will be having a good ole Configuration Manager meeting!  Also, we will be holding elections for MNSCUG board members. Get involved. It's well worth it.  Must be present to vote and to run.  Please register in advance so we can get a proper count for food and drink.

Brian Mason will be presenting WSUS cleanup methods, why how and when.  Specifically with SUPs dying and/or WSUS slowing to a crawl.  He will highlight what you can do to mitigate issues and also share some valuable resources to use for help.

Fred Bainbridge will be doing going over tips and tricks for successful OSD with 2012 R2.  There are some significant changes with how 2012 R2 does it.  There are also some fun scenarios that if you are not aware of will cause you some very real pain.

Eventbrite - October 2014 MNSCUG Meeting

Last, but not least we have something special for attendees that you won't want to miss out on!
